A Mona Lisa Company presents
Every request. Every work order. Every space.
One system of record for in-house facilities.
Built for corporate campuses · McKinney, Texas
Facilities work run on phone calls, sticky notes, and memory leaves no record of itself.
Undocumented truck damage. Untimestamped work. Inventory nobody fully trusts.
Lisa replaces all of it — beautifully.
Requested from any desk. Dispatched from one console. Proven by design.
The actual product
Every screenshot on this site is the real system running sample data. Legacy suites ask you to book a demo to see theirs. Ours is a link — drive it yourself, right now.
The admin console · dispatch, planning, space, records, integrations · board updates in under a second
Who it’s for
Lisa is for the people who already run the building — not another marketplace between you and your own crew.
Multi-floor headquarters, parking garages, leased floors — one facilities department accountable for all of it.
Warehouses of file pallets with retention dates and legal holds — where "where is box 4471" must have one true answer.
Your technicians, your trucks, your racks. Small crews serving hundreds of employees, with proof required.
What it replaces

What Lisa is not
Not a vendor-dispatch marketplace like ServiceChannel. Not a consultant-heavy enterprise CMMS like Maximo. Not a generic maintenance app like UpKeep. And if you already run a workplace platform like Eptura, keep it — Lisa ingests its requests over the API, executes with proof, and reports status back. Lisa is the system of record for an in-house crew running its own campus.
Thirty seconds
An employee scans the QR on the floor plate: “Conference 4B is 80 degrees.” No login, no app.
The request lands triaged with a suggested tech. One click and it’s a work order with an SLA clock.
The tech accepts, works, closes — photos sealed, checklist done, every step server-timestamped.
SLA attainment, PM completion, and cost per square foot roll up to a scorecard — before the quarterly review asks.
Pricing posture
The pilot
90 days on one building, from $18k — credited in full toward rollout. Isolated pilot data, your devices, success criteria signed up front.
The platform
Subscriptions typically run $4–12k per month depending on campus size, sites, and crew seats. Implementation is scoped and fixed in discovery.
The fine print, plainly
No per-employee fees — the request portal is free for every desk. NET-30 on PO, milestone billing, export-anytime data rights.
Built for three people

Shipped in August
No quarterly release train, no roadmap purgatory. The changelog is public because velocity is the point.

Space planning. Floor plans with live people-search, occupancy by suite, and block & stack scenarios that publish as gated move work orders — with lease-exit savings computed on screen.
AUG 28
Service depth. Procedure library with live parts matching, labor & cost roll-up on every work order, vendor magic links — no seat license to answer a ticket.
AUG 27
Maintenance engine. PM forecast with warranty-aware generation, meter confidence flags, parts reorder points on live rack counts, and a week planning board that publishes to crew briefs instantly.
AUG 27
Records vault. Gate-audit trail, custody chain reports, destruction-due workflow, legal-hold register, and hash-verified photo evidence.

Speed layer. ⌘K command palette, one-tap filters, and a time-saved counter — because the board updating in under a second is a feature, not a benchmark.
AUG 26
Employee portal. No-login requests with live status tracking, plus the one-screen security summary in the admin console.
Data ownership
One-click export
Everything — assets, work orders, photos, custody logs — in CSV and JSON, any time, no fee, no support ticket.
No hostage terms
Month-to-month available. We earn the renewal every month; source-code escrow is on the table for enterprise contracts.
Certified exit
On departure: full export, then certified deletion on a stated timeline. It’s in the security brief, in writing.
Straight answers
True — and we won’t show logos we don’t have. What we offer instead: a live demo you can test today, published pricing, a published security posture, and a fixed-scope pilot with success criteria you write and a no-obligation exit with full data export. You’re not betting the portfolio; you’re spending ninety days to find out.
You keep everything. Every record exports in open formats in one click, at no cost. We offer month-to-month terms precisely so our survival has to be earned monthly — and for enterprise contracts we’re open to source-code escrow.
Don’t switch — pilot alongside it. Lisa can run one building or one project while your current system keeps doing everything else. If your warehouse, custody and photo-proof needs are already handled well, you don’t need us. The pilot exists to find out whether they actually are.
Our security posture is published on this site — encryption in transit and at rest, a dedicated single-tenant instance, U.S.-only residency, SSO, and the subprocessor list — so your IT team can review before we ever talk. We’re honest about what we don’t have yet: certifications in progress are labeled in progress, never implied. Small also means a short, documented list of people with access.
The pilot proves it before you commit. Start with your largest building — thousands of scans and photos — and measure performance against exit criteria you set. Judge the result, not our claims.
SSO (SAML/OIDC) runs provisioning through your identity provider, iPads stay under your MDM, and every record is exportable to your reporting tools. We don’t claim a hundred prebuilt integrations, because we don’t have a hundred. Tell us the two or three that gate a purchase and we’ll answer plainly: exists, planned with a date, or won’t.
No catch. One product, no per-module licensing, no mandatory professional-services engagement, no per-employee fees, no sales team to fund. The price on the website is the price.
The people who build the product — there is no tier-one queue between you and an engineer. Your pilot agreement names your contact and their direct line. A small team is a real constraint we won’t hide; direct access is the compensating advantage.
Who’s behind Lisa
Lisa comes out of Mona Lisa Moving Co. — crews, warehouses, pallets of records, and years inside corporate campuses watching facilities teams run million-dollar operations on memory and painted rack codes. We didn’t research this product in a boardroom; we lived the gap it closes. When you call, you talk to the people who build it — and who have driven the truck.
